- Problem solved: No pollution, Eco-friendly, Cheapest gaseous fuel
2. Activated Wood Charcoal and Producer gas
- Usage: Scalable activated wood charcoal and power production
- Raw material: Wood
- Process: Carbonization
- End product electricity: High calorific value, dust free pure charcoal & electricity
- Problem solved:No pollution, Eco friendly, Cheapest gaseous fuel
3.Speed way of manufacturing wood or shell charcoal
- This kiln response the usage of gasifier, blower, filters, scrubbers in manufacturing of charcoalÂ
- This is semi automatic project
- To run this kiln we need one pit having 20 feet depth ,12 feet breadth and closer, one chimney with 30-45 feet height.
